The data comes from 2 sources - econsultancy and Jeff Bullas. That is because I cannot find econsultancy data for 2012 (if it exists, please someone send me a link!). The Jeff Bullas data is the 2012 stats. The rest is from econsultancy...

I guess this shows a trend that Facebook's growth is not as fast as Twitter's, but Twitter still has a little way to go to catch up with Facebook. No surprises there, but it is good to get some numbers to back this up.
