Check out Twitrratr. It will tell you how many positive and negative and neutral tweets there have been from other people about you or your brand. Check it out. It is fascinating... As it is nearly Christmas, I thought you'd like to know that Santa is doing OK. He has had 390 positive, 986 neutral and 92 negative tweets! Most of the negative tweets are about people being on the naughty, not the nice list - so not really negative at all.... It is not perfect, but it is a bit of fun and worth checking out for your brand....
